Shipping Fees
Singapore: Our shipping fees are $3.90 or FREE for orders above $30. 
Malaysia: Our shipping fees are RM6 or FREE for orders above RM60

Shipping Lead Times
We aim to fulfil (i.e. process and pack) your orders within 1-2 business days. Following that, your order will be passed to our 3rd party courier service (J&T express) for delivery. This should take an additional 1-2 business days for local deliveries (within Singapore). 

Shipping Accuracy
Please check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

In the event that you have accidentally entered incorrect delivery details, please contact us ASAP to correct it with our courier partner.
